Surgery Scheduled for Sept 6th

My family and I need a little help.

I got into a car accident 2 years ago and hurt my back and now I need surgery.

My problem right now is that I am scheduled to get back surgery soon (Sept. 6th) so I will be out of work for 2 or 3 weeks for recovery and I'm worried about how I'm going to buy groceries for my family and pay all the bills until I'm able to get back to work.

The past 2 years of never ending financial problems and doctor bills following this accident has left us broke and in poor living conditions. So I've set up a modest campaign at gofundme just to help us get through this next 3 weeks while I heal from the surgery.
